Won't come on press power OR the "Q' or "DVD" button blue lights flash

I press the POWER button and all the blue lights flash but computer will not power up. Press POWER again, same thing.

I can also press the "Q" button next to the "DVR" button and the same thing happens.

The "Q" and the "DVR" buttons are just to the right of the POWER button.

Press the POWER or Q or DVR and all the blue lights across the top of the computer flash blue then that's it. Won't do anything else. Will not power on at all.

Naturally I have checked both of the batteries that I have for the laptop and the power supply, etc. All that is fine.
