My JBL Pulse won't turn on, even when I plugged in. As I recall, I didnt drop it or whatsoever in the past months. I try to reset it by push the buttons for a sec etc but it still wont work! Please somebody help me I'm desperate T.T. Thanks

Its stuck in demo mode.
Just plug in and then when it's on hold the volume up bottom and the JBL connect button at the same time for like 15 seconds. Then it should be ok to be turned off and then unplugged and used again.

Hi there Ryan, my JBL pulse 3 has a similar issue. It does not turn on at all even after putting it on charge for many hours. So without getting it ON, I can't really get any step further
Hi Ryan, my JBL pulse 3 was with the same issue. but after i putting it on charge and click the 2 buttons it came back to normal, it helped me a lot. Thanks

My problem is the same as (faustin_mathew). It has been already fully charged but it will not turn ON..... I have tried your suggestions even though I didn’t think it would work because you said to press those particular buttons when the power was on. Again, I cannot even get it to power on. Please help.

Change the charger , use the different plug point. When u reset don’t connect the plug. Press play and volume up bottom for about 10 sec and then press only power button then
Connect the charger Do it 3 or 4 times it I’ll resolve.

Thank you that really just helped me when I changed the cord . I use a different cord plug it held the power and vol + for 5seconds took it of the charger and turned it back on cause one you take it off the charger it will cut off

Please everyone, my own JBL PULSE 4 have a critical issue, it is not playing, it it only showing light but no sound. The Bluetooth button is not working. Only on/off button that is working. What should I do pls ..
