This is normal for Samsung.
All you need to do is change the charging port, but you WILL need to take your screen off for this. Make sure to take it to a Samsung store, they can help you as well.

I have a similar problem. I replaced my screen without issue but now two problems have arisen: when I get a call I cannot put it on speaker phone--the person can't hear me unless I click off speaker and I use phone as normal to my ear. Then when I connect to Bluetooth in my car I cannot hear the person but I can still stream music without issue. Why is this?
