The phone is not switching on

Hi!.

My phone drowned in sea water. Now the phone is not switching on... It had all the precious pictures of my birthday!... Most of the images are saved in Google drive. Can anyone please please tell me how to retrieve my Data..! I will transfer it to my new phone..........!.....
