I bought a speak for my boyfriend birthday not even a year later the speaker end up not working. It plays music but if you turn the volume up higher it will just stop and turn off completely. If you charge it I won't even stay charged what is wrong with my speaker please help.

Resetting the JBL Flip 2 can be accomplished by holding the “power” and “lower volume” buttons until the light turns red.
