MacBook Pro: no power, green charger light, but battery recognized

I have a Early 2011 MacBook Pro (unibody).

I've attempted a repair, replacing the battery and the charger. Before this repair, this Mac wasn't detecting battery (battery indicator lights flashed 5 times full). Replacing the battery powered on the fan for a few seconds and then went dead (several times). The battery indicator lights were also working. However, it stopped working some time after, with the battery indicator only working when MagSafe is connected.

Also, MagSafe light is on and with green light, it doesn't appear to charge the battery, as the real capacity of the battery is shown and doesn't flash. I'd like to know how I can fix this problem or which part had failed.

I'd recommend including how to reset PRAM and SMC because not all users know how

All the options were tried before and didn't work at all.

I also replaced battery and charger, the board recognizes the battery as its original capacity is shown. However, it doesn't charge/power on the machine.
