iPad mini 2 digitizer frozen after change

Hi

Just started happening to me when I change iPad mini 2 digitizer and turn off the mini and then start it the digitizer is unresponsive then I have to hard reset and it works fine ? But if I turn off manually and on again it’s unresponsive..

I have done a lot of minis before but this is just started to happen!

Any ideas or fixes.....
