Earphones not working during call.
Hi my earphones work perfectly fine when I'm listening to music but as soon as someone wants to face time me or call me they can't hear me. Is there anyone who can help me figure a solution to this problem?

How does the wires look and the connector? It sounds like you may have a bad cord.

They are actually brand new dan.

Even new ones can be bad ;-}
It maybe the mic is damaged or the cord line for it is disconnected.
But before we jump are you able to test a second pair of earphones? Also are we plugging them into an iPhone or other phone?
