Have you tried to eliminate any of the possible problems?

Have you tried new charger?

Have you tried a new USB cable?

Have you tried connecting to a USB port on a PC and seeing if it charged?

Have you inspected the USB port enclosure to verify that it is free from dust and lint and that all the pins are there and that they are straight and parallel with each other?

Have you tried to feel if the USB charge port feels loose from the systemboard by very gently moving the inserted USB cable plug from side to side or up and down.

What have you tried?
