I have redmi note 3 Snapdragon (3 + 32)
while I was charging device, I noticed it's not charging anymore then I replced the charging port Mobo . It started charging but again stopped charging

Hello,
have you changed the battery? I would think that the problem lies in the battery. Just replace battery should work fine.
