bring to HP service center philippines at 395 buendia makati last january 10,2018,its been 12 days since,the only answer heard from them is still updating warranty. i dont understand what it means,used it barely 3 months,purchased the item brand new around september 2017.

jamesd1981 how would the single hand mode affect half of the display? If you look at the question it appears that the OP did not even have physical possession of the device....you may want to rethink your answer.
because single hand mode turns the top half of the dispay off? many users dont know the feature exists
