Why is my laptop's Optical drive keeps on opening?

Everytime I turn on my laptop, the optical drive opens by itself. Sometimes when I close it back it opens again in a few seconds.

Hi,

Have you checked that the DVD eject button in the bezel of the DVD drive is not stuck halfway down in the operated position, causing intermittent contact and opening the drive tray?
