Gapps crashing at startup cant get past setup

i reset my tablet, but when im trying to set it up after connecting to wifi it trys to load the google account thing then sends me back to the previous step,

it also constantly pops up "google play services has stopped" and "com.google.gapps has stopped"

ive tried going into safe mode, factory resetting it (thats how im stuck at setup now)

Go to recovery mode and use the options 'wipe the cache partition' and 'wipe data/factory reset'.

i cant get into recovery when i try to it takes me straight to factory reset

also wrong tablet dude... the 8 isnt the same as the 7
