Headphone and ear speaker not working after battery replacement

I decided to dive inside my iphone after my battery became pretty much dead. Got a new battery from scandiTech and did the replacement myself, everything seemed fine untill I tried to make a call, i couldn’t hear a thing from the ear speaker so i thought i had broken the ear speaker’s flex cable but upon using a headphone which too didn’t produce any sound I concluded that the problem is not from the ear speaker cable, the control buttons on the headphone works normal. The music speaker works fine too. Please can anyone help, i’m not ready to get a new phone.

Unplug the battery and reseat the screen and charging port ribbon cables.

I can't really see how those go faulty if you disconnected the screen after unplugging the battery during battery replacement.

Im not sure about iphone 6 but i know one iphone 5S that did get reversed problem, no music sound but ear speaker worked.

A small metal part did get bended when the battery connector was set down .

remove the battery connector and the lightning connector and around that there is smal protecting tape, remove that and look around the battery connector if you see any metal parts or components that are bended/moved or hits any other component.

here’s the problem 90% of the time. Someone tore this cable and refused to take responsibility. I replaced it for them. (See photo)
