Can't really tell if it's been opened from a photo like that.
Does the glass feel like you can push it down meaning the glass of the screen has lifted from the frame?

It looks like the glas have seperated from the plastic, the screews need to be removed to open it.
If the glas gets moved upwards more you may breake something like the homebutton or screen glas.
