My device is locked because I forgot my password /find my device?

i forgot my mi tab password and for then i searched on google that[ how to unlock your device if it is locked and u forgot your password],so it came use device manager so when i was using it i accidentally locked it and now in my phone it is coming this phone is stolen please give it back. And i cannot to anything now.i dont know how to unlock it from find my device.
