I had the same problem. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and it started working. Hope this helps!

My screen is now stuck on something else....
I did as you just said my Tv is working back perfectly fine!
Idid un plug and its still the same
Me too, unplugged several times. Waited 10 seconds, then 30 seconds. Sometime it will go to show a screen with what's on "Fandango." But then, when I push any button on the remote or side of TV, it goes right back to, " MGO Launching Please wait. I'm sfrustrated. Can anyone help with this? Please?

I turned to tv off and turned it back on and its now working again!!
