Why is my keurig not refilling? It "refills" directly into the cup

Hello,

Mine is a K200 unit. No Idea why this site wont recognize it but I went to turn on my Keurig today and went into its fill cycle. Instead of filling the tank it directly put the water into my cup. I then emptied the tank and tried again, it filled the tank and then all over the counter yet again!!!! So frustrated!!! It then just completely shuts off no error no nothing.
