Disk drive motor bad in my PS2.
Dose anybody know where I can get new DVD/CD drive motor for PS2's ?

I suppose they can be obtained from aliexpress or ebay.
Share with us on the correct model of your PS2
Open up the console and remove the dvd traverse mechanism.
take note on the part no and design.
use it as a reference when you order online.

thanks I kind of thought that because ounce I get it to play as long as I leave it on and just pause the game it worked as soon as you shut it pm,off that's it wait a week and have too just keep messing with it same thing. I have fixed many PS3 and PS4s This is my first PS2 so I love a challenge. but I will defiantly take your advice thanks again.
