Power button doesn't work everytime

I’ve recently got a 2017 MB Air 13, and what I found is that the power button doesn’t work every time. So if I turnoff my computer, It will take several attempts to start it again. But sometimes it works, and when it works it feels there is no problem at all!

So, I’m confused, if it’s a hardware issue, and the button is actually bad, then it shouldn’t work 100% of the time. I’ve tried formatting the machine, but it didn’t work.

Please let me know if there is a possible explanation for this kind of issues.

I’ve warranty, but when in the service center, if it works, then it’ll be hard to prove the problem. And the Apple care center is around 200 km away from where I live.
