Gold copper grounding chips behind mother/logic board

Hi all

Just wondered if some-one can answer this, I have just purchased a replacement galaxy s8 screen including mid-frame, but noticed that the tiny square copper grounding chips are missing from the new one, they are present at the top and bottom of the genuine frame behind the mother and charging port board but not on the replacement, will this be an issue if the boards are not grounded?.

In the pictures they should be where you see the small white squares.
