paper jam on Casio PCR360 cash register can't see any paper stuck

Hi,

As you cannot see any jammed paper, I’m wondering if it is not a “mechanical” problem but perhaps a software glitch.

Have you tried powering down the register for 5 minutes or so to see if this clears the problem? (Apologies if you tried this already)

If it is a mechanical problem then:

p.21-22 shows how to open the machine.

p.64 gives an exploded view of the printer mechanism

If it is perhaps a software problem:
