60W Magsafe Charger Making Ticking Noise, Not Charging

I have a 3rd party 60W Magsafe charger that suddenly stopped charging. I tore it down, and applied a voltage to it. I hear a ticking noise, but I’m not quite sure which component could be failing. I get no output voltage on the Magsafe pins (no surprise). Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, before I desolder the board and test each component individually. Tia!

To be honest, you are really better off getting a replacement charger than try to fix it because the quality of aftermarket ones aren't that great they burn out and cable gets worn too easily.
