Sorry to hear you’re locked out. To confirm, your phone says “iPhone disabled” right? There is some advice I can provide, but I’m not sure you’ll like it.

Once disabled, you either need to wait for the count down timer to complete and enter the correct passcode, or erase and restore the device.

If the iPhone has not been synced to this PC before, you will not be able to back it up either. Hopefully there will be an iCloud backup that will have been made before it was disabled.

You can review the full steps to erase the device in iTunes here: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204306

You said the phone isn’t recognised in iTunes. You can update iTunes from https://www.apple.com/itunes and if needed, you can remove and reinstall the full software by following the steps here: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204275

That is a sticky one.

If the phone has previously synced with a computer, you can connect the phone to that computer to make a backup (https://support.apple.com/kb/HT203977).

If you do not have access to a computer that previously synced, your only option is to erase and setup as new (https://support.apple.com/kb/HT204306). That will remove ant data I’m afraid.

Hello Ratika

Put the iPhone in DFU mode and then remove it in that way with programs like U3tool? Only an idea that may not work.

The other option would be to update the terminal. In some occasion that has solved this problem, but if it does not recognize it is more difficult ...

Luck
