Why isn't my touch pad responding?

Ever since my notebook updated, I haven’t been able to use my touch pad. For some reason, it won’t respond to touch… I’ve tried fixing the issue by a hard reset, but that didn’t change anything.

Hey Jaron,

Your touch pad might be disabled. To enable the touch pad press and hold the Windows key. In the box that appears type “Touch Pad”. Click on touch pad settings. There will be a on/off button. Toggle it so that it shows “On”.
