I have a pair of JBL E25BT Earbuds, suddenly one day, my right earbud stopped working. There is no warranty on it anymore so i can’t get help from JBL. I have noticed that my volume up volume control is pushed in a little bit. I have tried to pry it out and that didn’t work. I was wondering if there is anyway i can fix it

Probably because one day you fell asleep with them on and you crushed a wire inside the structure of the mic and it severed a wire

Is there any way to fix this, because when i twist it a certain way, I'm able to get then working
It is a broken wire... you can’t fix it if you don’t split the wire
Hi I've got the same problem,but the chance that that happened is really small. Is there any other option for what could've happened?
