Like unlock the password or iCloud? I let my brother use it n he broke it a while ago so we all forgot the passwords.
No replacing the screen and battery will not unlock the phone locked state. You need to contact Apple to if you don't know the password. They have a process in which you prove that you're the original owner of the device.
