Screen won't turn on. Will charge with Orange Light. Blue light is on

My Vita is having issues turning on.

• Symptoms:
  • Screen won't turn on
  • When I push the power button the PS button will be Blue then after 30-60 seconds later it will flash blue several times then it turns off
  • When I connect the VITA to PC the device manager will detect the Vita when I turn it on (with a blank screen and solid blue PS button) but when the blue button starts flashing it'll disconnect from device manager.
• Attempts:
  • 30 second Power button power cycle
  • Keeping it charged while trying to do that above power cycle

If something is actually broken, I should be able to just buy those parts here and replace it if anyone knows what it would be
