Replaced LCD now screen goes black after Samsung logo

Hello, this J7 Prime was dropped and the screen slowly became unusable with rainbow colors and patches of liquid all over. I bought an LCD screen and replaced the old one. Now when I boot the device I can see the Samsung logo perfectly clear but after that the screen goes black, however the rest of the device seems to be working (lights, sounds, notifications work).

I’ve tried resetting the device because I’m thinking it may be a problem with the OS but it’s practically impossible as I can’t see the screen and the keyboard to input a password.
