What would cause a no start issue when car is warmed up?

I'm not sure what would cause this no start issue. When it is cold outside the car runs fine. When it gets warmer out , above 45°, when the car is driven for a while, 30-45 min or so, and I shut it off, it does not want to start again until the engine cools down. The car never over heats and the is a new radiator, hoses, thermostat, water pump cooling fan sensor and all new coolant. I've also replaced ignition coils, spark plugs and wires. The fans go on and off like they are supposed to. The car runs normal, no problems at all until I shut it off. I could drive for hours with no problem, until I shut it off. I've owned Camry's for years and have always worked on them myself. I've never run into this problem before. If anyone can help that would be great. I have a 1997 Toyota Camry 2.2l with 297000 miles. The car has been well maintained. Let me add, the timing belt is a year old and there are no trouble codes and no lights on the dashboard.
