Red and blue stripes down the screen

I ordered on eBay

a White screen

And when I plugged in the screen it was filled with green and red stripes

can i fix it

have you rechecked all the connections? sounds like the LCD connection is loose. also try resetting your phone..power and home button for 10 seconds
