After doing a little research into the device, no I do not believe it is possible. Besides replacing just the charging port could very easily not solve the problem. It could be the logic board or a wire, or some other component. It’s easier just to get a new one. Replacing just one tiny component like that could also break the whole device and now you’ve lost money by paying for a new part. Its just cheaper to get a new one.
