Why is my Xbox turning itself off?

Hi.

I have an Xbox one (Model 1540)

When I plug the device in, it will make the power up noise and the fans will spin, then after ~5 Seconds, the device turns itself off.

The power supply light light initially is Orange, then white when connected to the console & turned on. The back to Orange after the ~5 Seconds has passed and the console turns itself off.

I have opened both the actual unit and the power supply and cleaned both out. There was some light stress marks to the front panel and I think this is the problem.

Please can other people give me their opinions.
