The backlight works fine, can hear sound, but no picture. I just replaced the T-con board and still have the same issue. What should be my next step? Could it be the cables running to the T-con board?

@savethatmoney return the T-con board and replace the main board.

I have replaced all 3 boards. I replaced them with same model and oart number from a working same model, after replacement, still black and no light on the screen at all.
Power light and sound works, but cannot get screen to light up or come on at all.
@A. Solla what make and model is your TV? Since you already replaced all the boards and since you do have sound, I would suggest you check the backlight. Sounds to me like your backlight strips have failed.
