Oh, I don't know if i'm the weirdo or just apple failed.

Hey there. 2 Weeks ago i bought a brand new iphone xs! Oh yeah i should have been really happy and flexing about it etc etc (jk ofc). But i realised a small buzzing at the earpiece. As a music producer im really sensitive with sound related problems. So what i did was just to test some other iphone xs if they have the same problem, a small buzzing sound at full volume on any video. They did. every of them had that issue. But the thing (buzzing sound) it also happens on my audio calls on iphone so im just wondering if thats an normal issue. I contacted with apple they said go to the authorised service and at the authorised serviced they told ‘oh its normal look it happens on every iphone at maximum level'‘, but wait is it normal if that happens on calls too? So guys i would love to hear your opinions. Can’t wait for your replies. But guys its not normal to pay 1000 euros for a great mobile phone that have such a basic issue.
