How can I fix my Samsung PS43F4500 not turning On

My Samsung ps43f4500 it's not turning on when I switch it on. Only red light blinks and sometimes the red light will disappear but nothing showing on the TV. And when it turns on it just watch for a few minute then picture disappear but sound will be playing

Guys here is my current situation. As I checked my voltages, I found out that all other voltages are Ok but the Va and VS voltages are normal jus for a few seconds after I switched my TV On ( the picture is actually showing for those few seconds sometimes but not always), then the voltage is starting to drop gradually till it's lower than 10volts.

Is that normal or not, if not how best vmcan I troubleshoot the Va, VS voltage fluctuations and what might be the cause of the problem?

neither one of those answers are correct - this is a plasma tv. The set is shutting down most likely due to protection circuit. Buffers may have a short on them. short main board pin 3-4 and install jumper on PS_ON to ground. plug set in - test pattern should be displayed on screen. If test pattern stays on - main board is bad. If no pattern buffers, bad YSUS board, bad PWB most likely

@syetronics remove the back from your TV. Check the power board. Measure the voltages from the power board to the main board, see if you have STBY voltages. Compare the voltages to the values printed on the circuit board and let us know what you get. This could be a power board or a main board issue so we need to get more information from you. Also, post some good pictures of your boards with your question. That way we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

The only other thing you want to try before disassembling it is to check the backlight. When the TV screen goes black, shine a flashlight beam at an angle against your screen. If you can make out shapes or silhouettes it is your backlight that is not working. Let us know what you find.

Your TV's backlight may be broken, its a common issue with old samsung TV's

If not either your power supply is broken or your TV's circuit board is dead
