Front / Rear / Iris Camera and Flash not found after frame replaced

After replace the new note8 frame and screen, the Front / Rear / Iris Camera and Flash were not working, i have try disassembly and reassembly again to confirm all cable connection correct, and tried to factory reset, clean cache. but the problem still exist, is there any relation between those camera?
