I tried literally everything: bigger bit, super glue, rubber band, duct tape, compressed air.
I’m not sure what should I do right now, because I just don’t know how that screw extraction kit works, as there are no videos on YouTube about it.

Use a Dremel type tool and cut a slot in it so a flathead can remove it.

The fan is over it, I don't think Dremel could work, unless I cut the fan
Remove the speaker and you should be able to access it without damaging the fan.
