I charged it last night. When I took it off, the white light stayed on and would not turn off. I tried to reset it multiple times using the power and volume buttons in different combinations. I also tried to charge it again. It just does not want to turn off at all. What can I do?

Is the white light the charging light or power indicator?
If you take it apart,you can disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 15 seconds,then reconnect the battery. See if this fixes it. If not,it’s really anything that’s possible.
