Glass Repair - Replace Screen Polarizer Film

Hi there,

i’m doing some glass replacements on series 3 here and there and sometimes having issues cutting the polarizer film while separating the glass from the screen.

See attached an example of a screen with cut polarizer. Screen is fine.

After looking up ebay and some chinese shopping platform i found offers for polarizer films already prepared for apple watch screens.

Does anyone in here has any experience replacing the polarizer on a watch screen? How to remove the damaged one and apply a new one properly?

Hints on preventing the polarizer damage in the first place also appreciated 8-)
