Hi guys. What was the problem of my sony viao laptop. I cant open it. There’s a light on the power but it doent continue to open. Please help. Thanks

What is the exact model number and do you mean open as in Windows starting up?

Hi @mike thanks for prompt reply. Model is pcg-61212w . Yeah windows doesnt start it doesnt open still black screen. But power is on. Thanks mike for the help
