Looking for a part number for a Menu Function Board for a Dell U2713H

I’ve got a Dell U2713H with a bad menu function board on it. The OSD had a mind of it’s own, so I had in order to prevent the monitor from switching inputs on it’s own I had to locked the OSD. I am now unable to unlock the OSD because the buttons do not register any input. I took the monitor apart to try and get the part number off the part, but the code was obscured by the cable. Does anyone know what the correct part number is or what part number might work?

I have a partial code, but the tape they used to hold the cable down to the board will tear the label in half if I try to remove it. This is about as a good a picture as I was able to get without destroying the part.
