This could be an issue with the image stabilizing mechanics of the 6 Plus Rear Camera. If resetting the device doesn’t help, then consider replacing the Rear Camera. You can do this yourself by following this guide.

Yeah common problem on this model, image stabalizer goes bad after one or more phone drops.
