I poked a hole in my iPhone 6splus microphone will it get ruined fast?
I poked my iPhone 6s a plus with a needle in the microphone area will that cause damage ? Or interfere with anything ?

That would be the dust filter. That won't cause any problems unless lots of dust accumulates on that filter.
