No service, no battery life after board replacement

My iPhone 6S got dropped in water, mother board get wet and I bought another one on ebay. After replacement the phone turned on as normally, I have updated to latest iOS, etc. The device was having no sim at this moment, but I realized in top left corner it says No Service instead of NO SIM. I tried insert a SIM card, still No Service. I have tried *#06# to check IMEI, but nothing was showed (baseband issues?). I started to check the settings when the device did and unexpected shutdown at 12% battery level. Since it was on a charger it started up after some seconds and showed 1% battery. I checked Settings > Battery > Battery life, but was only showing “—” (no % battery life). I tried plug the charger off and back on and it showed the real 11% battery. After some minutes it shuts down again, same problem, shows 1% battery again. I disconnected it from the charger (I am positive my charger is working fine and it’s the original one) and let the battery dry completely. Tried to torn on, says no battery. I have connected the charger and let the phone charge to 100%. The unexpected shut downs stopped, I checked battery life again and it now showed 87%. The device was still showing No Service. I tried Erease All Data and Reset All Settings. After the reset it was now showing NO SIM, tried inserting sim, showed No Service for some seconds and then it picked up a signal and now works normally. Checked *#06# and it now shows the correct IMEI. Also in Settings > General > About both IMEI and Firmware Version are showed. The device seem to work correctly now, but can someone explain why these things happened? May something else be broken in my device? I don’t know what I did, but I fixed it somehow, can someone explain how I did this?
