there's only 2 small streamers of h20 that come out

I have this same problem too. I took hoses off and they are fine & water pressure is good. But when you go to fill it the water that runs through the built in dispensar for the powder detergent located at front right corner flows just fine. then like it always does it alternates to come out from the top center of the washer, but instead of steady flow like I used to get and still do get from the dry detergent dispenser there's only 2 small streamers of h20 that come out unlike the the large stream that used to come out. Any ideas?
