Eachine e520S not creating a hot spot, but controller works

I just received a new Eachine e520S drone. It works fine with the controller but am not receiving any wifi hot spot from the drone and thus cannot connect my phone for FPV. The drone is capable of 5G, but I don’t have a 5G phone and hoping the drone is not JUST 5G. That would be crazy as there are so few 5G phones. The red wifi light is on under the drone, and I’ve tried connecting on a Samsung on Huawei phone; neither see any hot spot. If it’s a hidden wifi SSID, there’s nothing I can find on what the SSID is. What signal does the controller work on? I assume it’s not 5G. Am I not doing something correctly or is it the drone? Thanks.
