Stuck lens will not open or close

My camera is a Sony CyberShot lens is stuck mid way through the opening process and it will not open or close its stuck.

Could somebody help me make the lens not stuck and the camera usable again?

Also my friend got it the camera not to display the close and open again error and the photo was very blurry and it was not focusing

Please help!
