I have an Epson 7100 printer. It keeps jamming the paper on every print job. At first it was just one page, then it would print fine. Now it won’t print at all. What can I do?

I had this happen to a n Epson. It was a while back and I forget the details. I called Epson support. Don’t know where I found a number. The had me hit sequences of buttons to factory reset the printer. It worked and the printer was fine after that.
