Why does my battery only last an hour?
I have a Macbook unibody from late 2009. I upgraded with a OWC Mercury Electra 3G SSD and a new battery. I have much more space, as well as a faster system, but I am tied to a wall outlet, defeating the purpose of having a laptop. Thoughts? Questions?

I had a similar problem with an approximately two year old Newer Tech replacement battery for my early 2011 A1278 - it would run down from full to empty in about an hour. So I recalibrated the battery according to Newer Tech's online instructions https://www.newertech.com/batteries/powe... and now I get at least three hours of running time after disconnecting the MagSafe with a fully charged battery.
